John Davies is a retired Bank Manager with over 37 years in financial services, with 10 years as an Independent.
He is well known in the local community, being a Past President of Oswestry Rotary Club; Past Chairman of Oswestry Round Table and Past President and Treasurer of Oswestry Rugby Club.
